本片由三件真實(shí)案件改編。
《灶底藏尸》：珍妮帶著啞女兒和前夫離婚后，與情人王榮生結(jié)合。豈料王榮生本是登徒子，在花光珍妮帶來(lái)的財(cái)產(chǎn)后整日對(duì)母女倆惡語(yǔ)相向，在珍妮逃往澳門(mén)的當(dāng)晚，兩人再次發(fā)生口角，王榮生將珍妮打暈后一不做二不休……《血濺吊頸嶺》：礦區(qū)工人蠻牛鴻的妻子與管工太子德勾搭成奸，蠻牛鴻為人木訥老實(shí)，直到妻子懷上了太子德的孩子，蠻牛鴻終于忍無(wú)可忍?！洱埢⑽鋷煛罚簾o(wú)業(yè)青年陳忠（羅烈 飾）經(jīng)人介紹，做了片場(chǎng)的龍虎武師，大明星恬妮令陳忠一見(jiàn)傾心。不久陳忠結(jié)識(shí)了酷似恬妮的流螢阿紅（恬妮 飾），為其拉起了皮條。陳忠自感沒(méi)有幫派依靠的生活沒(méi)有保障，隨加入黑幫，拼斗后成為頭目，然而他最器重的手下卻和阿紅有了私情……
